Their pizza gets an A. And im a tough pizza critic! Ambience A+ if you eat outside. The inside was nice but the outside was down right impressive. They use a better quality cheese than anywhere else ive seen in Tampa yet..

I hate tomatoes and didn't realize the Chicago deep dish style came with it over the top but it was delicious I couldn't believe it!! The taste of the sauce, cheese and meats blended perfectly together, I'm a real foodie I travel out the country a lot and pay to go inside some restaurants kitchen in some of the smaller less fortunate countries any I've been to Italy and their sauce isn't the good I must go back I have been passing this diamond dinner way to long but never again.

They have either changed the dough recipe for the Chicago at this location or had a different batch on my visit. I suspect the recipe has been changed... And it is not for the better. Very bready, not the typical snap and crumble you usually get with cappys Chicago style. (And I've been eating it since their original location on Howard almost 20 years ago). Everything else was excellent as usual. I ordered take out so wasn't able to ask.

So we were looking for a place eat pizza and google maps recommend it. Their location is excellent, the place decoration is unique, their patio is very nice. The services is great. The Pizza was delicious with great taste. Great beer selection. I will recommend it.

Dioramas under glass at each table of various classic board games and toys. Some old video games in the corner. Very hipster. I was digging the tasteful Rosier the Riveter vibe of our server. Pizza was decent. Overall the place was not super comfortable but very laid back. There are old games you can borrow. My nephew is 11 so we unironically played a number of rounds of rock-um sock-um robots.

Real good, cheezy, NY.pizza, also serves chicago deep dish. Old school arcade and pinball games, outdoor patio. Awesome

Great service, great food... They even have the cool video games from the past like Centipede, Millipede, Dig-Dug, etc & 2 pinball machines! The only downfall is they ONLY TAKE CASH so come prepared... Although there is an ATM across the street...

Great food! I'm allergic to dairy and it's hard to find pizza I can eat anyway, but this one is the best I've found. We usually get a deep dish pizza and breadsticks both with dairy-free cheese and butter (also vegan). My friend (who eats dairy) ended up loving it more than the typical cheese.

Rude. No ATM. Won’t be back here after being yelled at by the counter staff. Terrible experience- not worth it.

I really like this pizza restaurant. The Chicago Style Deep Dish was really good, pretty close to the real thing. I'm from Chicago and I could definitely enjoy this if I was home sick. The decor was amazing, very eclectic, show cased Tampa Bay, provided board games to enjoy while you wait and old school pinball and arcade games. If you are not in the mood for pizza I wouldn't come here cause that's pretty much all they serve...salad and cheese bread or breadsticks too...that's it. Simple and I LOVE IT. The service was good too. This is a CASH ONLY restaurant so know that so you won't have to pay service charge at the atm (they have located inside) This seems to be kid friendly. I will return with my 3 kids and see if they enjoy it. Today's visit was a date night for me and the hubby, it was our first time and we both enjoyed it and left FULL. Cant believe I never came here before. Will be back.

Cash only kept me from trying Cappys out. It's 2020 not everyone carrys cash it's not a cool gimmick.

The pizza is really good. Nice people too. They apparently take the whole ‘old school’ theme very seriously so bring cash - no other payment methods accepted, and don’t be late to pick up because they keep your pizza as warm as the shelf they put it on will keep it.

I love their pizza! It's Philly style! Thin crust a little crispy on the bottom. When you bite onto it, the cheese stretches until you break it! Just a touch of pizza sauce. You can fold it over and bite into the crunchy crust!Where have you been all of my Tampa life!❤

I simply love this pizza. The NY style crust is delicious and flavorful. Toppings on the Cappy are perfect. Next time....deep dish!!! Greek salad is to die for. Cash-only can be a problem for some but as long as you know before you go, all is good.

The pizza was amazing! Brought me back to my home town! The crust was crispy on the outside & chewy on the inside. The cheese nice and golden just right. Will definitely coming back. The atmosphere is very retro!

This was my first time here. We sat outside which was so nice. I enjoyed the strung lights and the stone waterfalls. My friend ordered the cheese pizza with fresh basil for us. It was perfect. I really enjoyed it and look forward to returning.

The food was ok, not as good as the one in St Petersburg. The server was incredibly rude about my children who were not misbehaving in an almost empty restaurant.
